How ranking works
Each signal gets a priority score. That score picks the band you see: Act now, Watch, or Background (the product labels for high / medium / low urgency).
- How the score is built. Severity contributes the most (High +36, Medium +18, Low +6). Source type adds more for complaints (+28) and reviews (+24) than jobs, website, press, or quiet social. Fresh signals earn up to +22 (fades after ~3 days). Mention volume adds up to +18. Your triage status shifts the score (new +10, saved +8, resolved −18, dismissed −28). The signal’s raw 0–100 score contributes a smaller share.
- How High / Medium / Low is selected. After scoring: 70+ → Act now (high urgency), 45–69 → Watch (medium), below 45 → Background (low). A high-severity complaint that is still new and fresh usually lands in Act now; a low-severity social post with few mentions usually lands in Background.
- Noise control. Actionable mode hides resolved, dismissed, and low-value chatter (for example low-severity social with ≤2 mentions) so the inbox stays focused on acquisition-worthy items.
